Calories in, calories out… who else has been living by that rule for years? 🙋‍♀️

I’m not saying calories don’t matter at all but they’re not the whole story like we’ve been led to believe.

For the past almost two years, I’ve completely changed the way I eat and the way I think about food. That shift... not obsessively counting every calorie...is what’s led to real, sustainable change for me.

Yup!!!

Nobody gets excited about fiber.But fiber is the silent bodyguard of your entire metabolic system.

It slows glucose absorption (flattens blood sugar spikes).
It binds to cholesterol and removes it.
It feeds the good bacteria in your gut that produce 90% of your serotonin.
It keeps you full without spiking insulin.

Fiber is the fence between you and metabolic chaos.And most people get half of what they need.

Can you actually skip breakfast?
Is breakfast really the most important meal of the day… or have we just been told that forever?

I decided to find out for myself and what happened honestly surprised me.
More energy.
Less bloating.
Way fewer cravings.
And no mid-morning crash.

I used to think I NEEDED breakfast the second I woke up. Now? I feel way more in control of my hunger instead of planning my whole day around my next snack.

This isn’t about starving yourself.
It's about learning how your body actually works and what it really needs.

Everyone’s different, but this experiment changed a lot for me.

Be honest… are you exhausted from yo-yo dieting?

The world can feel really out of control sometimes.

And the truth is, most of it is.

The only thing we really get to control is what we eat...
what we choose to put in our bodies.
And even on the days when that doesn’t go so well... when meals are rushed or nothing goes as planned, I stay consistent with two things.m:
✅My tea ☕️
✅My fiber 🌱
No matter what’s happening around me, those two small rituals ground me.
They’re simple, steady, and always there.

Control doesn’t have to be complicated.
Sometimes it’s just tea and fiber.😀
