Do you or someone you know have Diabetes? Take control of your health!

Our next one-day diabetes workshop will be offered on Saturday, May 4 from 9am-4pm at Hopelight Medical Clinic in Longmont.

The class is taught by a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator along with a pharmacist. It covers topics like dietary management, glucose monitoring, and medications.

Most commercial insurance plans as well as Medicare and Medicaid can be billed. $50 fee for those without insurance coverage. The class is bilingual and incudes a free diabetes-friendly lunch.
