To help things run smoothly and ensure the best experience for everyone, please review the following:

🧾 Invoices & Quotes

Invoices and quotes will be sent within 24–48 hours when requests are made during business hours.
Business hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

If after hours or weekend, messages will be addressed the following working business day.

🪡 Proof Approvals🧾

All sales are final‼️ once a proof has been approved.

Please review proofs carefully—I will not be responsible for errors after approval.

Once orders are placed, I will communicate with you once order is finished. Please do not message me every day to check on the status of your order.(Sorry but for MY mental health this is necessary )

📩 Messages & Communication

Messages sent to this page or texts to my personal phone number will not be addressed outside of business hours. (Again, mental health)😮‍💨😅

Messages received after hours will be responded to on the next business day.

All times are varied depending on quantity/design/size of design. I normally ask for deadlines to ensure I have your order ready by then, deadlines help prioritize things for me. If there is ever any problems I will relay those to you prior to.
