This is Laterica. She was excited for me to post this in hopes of helping someone else. What a precious, warm, loving person she is. I had the pleasure of significantly helping Laterica eliminate most of her terrible chest wall pain.

She was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder that attacked her spinal cord. This left her paralyzed from T6 down, also left her with intense T6-T7 dermatomal neuritis affecting a circumferencial band of pain on her chest wall .

I used an ultra high frequency neuromodulation device high
on her spinal cord to deliver her excellent pain relief !

I love my job and I'm proud of the help that my team and I are able to successfully deliver to patients that need it so much!

I had the privilege of helping Sherri. Sherri had taken a severe fall and had damaged her sciatic nerve in her buttock. This injury had led to horrific pain and complete loss of her quality of life.. She could not walk any distance at all, she could not stand for more than a few minutes, she could not even lay down. She was in complete misery for over a year. She had sought help from multiple neurologist and neurosurgeons.

I am incredibly proud to report that two separate neurosurgeons had specifically recommended that she seek me out for help. She and her husband traveled a far distance to come see me. PTL I am delighted to report, I was able to achieve fantastic pain relief with a well placed DRG!

I am very proud to present my patient Dona. Dona has struggled for years with very severe back pain. She has had four separate lumbar spine surgeries, in an attempt to improve her quality of life. Each one leaving her worse than the last. Now, she has a hard time even walking across the room or standing for more than a few moments because the pain becomes too intense. She had sought help for her terrible condition by visiting many different doctors across the country. She had tried just about every medication, injection and procedure imaginable . Even completing two different spinal cord Stimulator trials and nothing helped!
She then came to me and I offered her a Dorsal Root Ganglion neuromodulation device. Through this cutting edge technology and by the grace of God I was able to offer her tremendous relief that she so desperately needed.

This incredible woman has known a lifetime of spine surgeries and a lifetime of pain. With a well-placed spinal cord stimulator we were able to achieve 90% pain relief!!!

This is Yvonne, I had the pleasure of getting to know Yvonne over the past year. Yvonne, has had a very challenging 2023.
She came to Orlando Pain Centers of Excellence looking for some help with her debilitating thoracic back pain! During her clinical workup, it was discovered that she had a very rare spinal cord lesion, a tumor that was actually growing within her thoracic spinal cord.

Yvonne made the incredibly difficult decision to have surgery to have the spinal cord tumor surgically removed, fully knowing, that she may never be able to walk again or feel any sensation from her chest down!

This spring, she had her surgery. Her neurosurgeon did a fabulous job ! He was able to preserve most of her ventral spinal cord (The ventral spinal cord is the portion of the spinal cord that controls motor function ).

Unfortunately Yvonne, has had persistent severe pain and some lower extremity weakness leading to difficulty walking. But, thank the Lord, she indeed is walking!

She has been so incredibly brave throughout this entire process. I admire her courage and her wonderful attitude greatly!

Today I saw Yvonne after putting a spinal cord stimulator in her last week. I am extremely happy to report that the well-placed spinal cord stimulator was able to remove the majority of Yvonne's severe spine pain ! PTL

I had the privilege of seeing and treating Randy. Randy works for one of the largest hospital corporations in the state of Florida. He gave me a huge compliment when he sought me out despite me and my practice being out of his hospital corporation's network "because of your excellent reputation," as he put it.

Randy's severe back pain started 40 years ago after an injury. He lived in terrible pain for over 10 years and finally decided to have surgery. He underwent a multi-level Lumbar decompression and fusion. Unfortunately Randy's surgery left him with even more severe low back pain than before surgery.

Randy had seen multiple pain management physicians
And had even tried a spinal cord stimulator trial with one of them that was unsuccessful.

I told him that I was confident that I could help his severe lower back pain dramatically with a well-placed spinal cord stimulator. He agreed to try it again, and I am so happy to report that I was right!
Randy is doing great. The stimulator removed almost all of Randy's lower back and buttock pain!

This is my patient Kristie. She came to Orlando Pain Centers of Excellence hoping to find a solution to her very severe pain problem that she had for over a decade.. Kristie had developed severe juvenile scoliosis as a teenager. By the time she was 22, Kristie had developed a dramatic spine deformity that required surgical correction. At that time, she had a multi-level and thoracic spine fusion with pedical screws, Harrington rods, and autologous interbody bone graphs. These autologous bone grafts were taken from her left iliac crest. The surgery had been a success and largely corrected the disfiguring deformity of her thoracic spine, but had left her with a severe localized pain in her lower back.
After careful consideration, I decided to place a two level dorsal root ganglion stimulator to treat her focalized debilitating back pain.
When she came back to my office for her follow up, I didn't even need to ask her if the DRG was working. She immediately grabbed me gave me the biggest heartfelt hug and and began to weep as she held me, with her husband saying "thank you, thank you, thank you". It was incredibly touching to me and my whole staff and gave all of us the greatest feeling in the world knowing that we helped her in such a significant way!
I'm extremely happy and proud to report that Kristie is doing great and well on her way to living a much more pain free and abundant life! PTL

This is Dr. Duvall. He is one of the most interesting men I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is now retired, but was a Southern Baptist missionary surgeon. He spent his life serving the under privileged people groups in Southeast Asia and Indonesia. He had brilliant medical surgical training in the United States but gave up a very lucrative surgeon's salary to travel and raise his family on the far side of the globe in order to help people in need. After discussing many of his complex and fantastic cases with me, I am confident that the Lord used him in a mighty way to touch the lives of so many! Dr Duvall has definitely become a hero of mine!
Dr. Duvall. Came to me with severe neuropathy in his lower extremities. His neuropathy was so severe that it was making life difficult for him. From sleeping difficulties to walking difficulties. He was in constant pain. I offered him a spinal cord stimulator. The spinal cord stimulator worked even better than I hoped ! The dorsal column stimulator provided Dr. Duvall with fantastic relief of his painful peripheral neuropathy! PTL

I am extremely happy to make this post. This is Amanda. Amanda is a brilliant young professional working mom who owns her own business! She has lived much of her adult life with devastating and life altering pain after an accident in which she crushed her left knee. Amanda has undergone a total of 26 surgeries on her knee trying to repair the damage that she sustained from the accident. Unfortunately, despite all the surgeries to help her, she continued to have excruciating and almost constant pain in her right knee. Amanda had seen multiple pain management physicians, and tied a myriad of different oral medications, multiple radio frequency nerve ablations and multiple interventional pain procedures trying to alleviate her terrible knee pain.
