Mountain LLama Fitness is indeed a llama. The Ccara llama is a type of llama that is well-suited for the mountains. They have the strength and stamina to carry 20-25% of their body weight through tough mountainous terrain for up to 19 days. But, without proper rest and nutrition, these resilient animals will shut down and refuse to move. At Mountain LLama Fitness and Coaching, we believe you can gain the strength and stamina you need through a balance of nutrition, movement and rest. Just like us humans, llama's can only thrive when given individualized training and attention... and they do better with the support of a herd!

Directions:
