We believe in putting INTERNAL & MENTAL HEALTH on the forefront because without that, what’s really the point!? We want to RESTORE YOUR SLOW METABOLISM & BALANCE YOUR HORMONES, so you can EAT MORE and still get that LEAN, TONED BODY you want! NO MORE 1200 CALORIE DIETS!

We want to help women get rid of the dreaded dieting cycle they been stuck in for years and stop gaining and losing weight over and over. & most importantly we want our clients to find peace and control around food and learn to love themselves every step of the way 🤍

We’re all about busting out a morning workout in the gym or a nice hike outside & then later that night splitting a bottle of wine, pasta, & dessert and dancing the night away! 🍝🍷🍰 LIFE IS SUPPOSED TO BE ENJOYABLE! & we teach how to do that with BALANCE & MODERATION with metabolic restoration, hormone balance, nutrition, fitness, and mindset.

Hi! If you’re new here, I’m Evita!

I’m an online holistic nutrition coach focusing on helping women speed up their metabolism and balance their hormones so they can’t eat more and reach their goals! But that wasn’t always the case!

If you would have told me 10 years ago, that I would be living in LA, building my dream life… co-owning a business with the love of my life where we help women transform their lives … there is NO WAY I would have believed you.

10 years ago I was a toxic individual, that was self medicating with food, alcohol, and substances to not face my problems and take accountability for my own situation. I was on a downward spiral fast.

I also suffered with extreme restricting and binge eating cycles, emotional eating, depression, anxiety, OCD & intrusive thoughts. I did every diet you could think of. I gained and lost the same 65+ lbs OVER & OVER AGAIN.

But when you decide you want change, like REALLLLY want it, and you start taking action towards that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!

The power of the mind is everything, and mindset shifts are not some gimmick that some online guru/shaman came up with, they’re tangible ways to turn negative thoughts into something positive.

Negativity breeds negativity. And if we are always are focusing on the bad, the light and happiness of the good will always have a dark shadow hovering over it.

What I’m trying to say if you start focusing on the positive parts of something as opposed to the negative it does wonders for your overall mood, productivity, and confidence! + making a plan/vision and start working towards it no matter what magic happens! (+ doing the inner work on your past trauma, triggers, and emotions.)

Anyone else just go to the grocery store and look at food for fun?

No? Just me? 😭😭

But one thing about me is I love food… No really like I really love food. I think it's a very important part of life....

Food is a part of memories, it's a part of holidays, it's a part of family functions, and it's a part of special occasions so we should have a good relationship with it!! NOT fear it!

In the past I thought I had to be strictly dieting to lose weight ... so I would either starve myself before the holidays so I could eat OR I would just binge eat October through December and start a strict diet on January 1st. Neither method worked out clearly.

So this is your reminder that you can still enjoy the holidays, still eat the food you love, and still be on track for your weight loss goals!!!

It takes courage to step outside of your comfort zone.

You’re there right now! It’s safe, you’re in control, it’s tempting to never leave it! Why would you?

Well the truth is, you’ll never grow from there.

Imagine the things you’re capable of doing, the goals you can accomplish when you change it up.

And I’m not saying you have to recklessly throw everything you know out the window! I’m talking about taking one step at a time! Every new step is progress. Every day is a new day to learn and to grow.

Which are you going to choose? The comfort zone, or the growth zone?

I have spent years trying to find balance on my own. It is insanely challenging to turn your whole life around by yourself. I mean, where do you even start??

Maybe just eat healthier? But what does that even mean? Maybe workout more? But how do I know what workouts are best for me and am I going to lose motivation for the 100th time after starting over?

This client’s testimony is so important to me because team work makes the dream work. Yes this is YOUR journey that you are working on, but I AM here to make sure you get the absolute most out of it; to be able to have a forever lasting education and learned skills that you can use for the rest of your life.

You can lose weight on your own, anyone can with the right motivation, but there is so much science behind exactly how to do it safely and effectively without messing up your metabolism for life. I LOVE teaching my clients everything they need to know from the years I spent researching so that the day they take flight, they never have to worry about returning back to the nest again.

“I workout twice as much as she does, I eat healthier foods than her, I haven’t eaten carbs in 3 months….why is she losing weight faster than me??”

It can be frustrating when you feel like you’re giving it your all to lose weight and you step on the scale after a month of trying and see that you made no progress.

And then you see the girl on instagram who lost 10 pounds in a month.

There are factors to this.

1. Consistency: Weight loss isn’t going to happen over-night. Sticking to the same healthy habits every single day is what will ultimately get you to your goal. Consistently logging, doing your workouts, drinking water and sleeping 6-8 hours a night are some examples of everyday habits my clients practice.

2. Not tracking properly: Most of the time you’re underestimating your calories you consume and overestimating your calories expended. You have to track EVERYTHING you eat. Accuracy is key. Yes, that one french fry you ate adds up.

3. Weekend warrior: My most successful clients are those who plan out everything they eat for every day of the week. Those Sunday brunches with 3 rounds of mimosas, and those Saturday nights out with the girls eating restaurant food with no nutrition facts can wipe out all of your weeks long hard work.

4. Dieting history: unfortunately, you’re at a disadvantage if you have a history of yo-yo dieting and major weight changes. Your metabolism isn’t going to work as fast as someone who is starting from zero. This takes more patience.

5. Genetics: Just like your height and your skin color, the rate at which you lose weight is vastly based on genetics. And if you were raised in a family where fast food was a regular option or nutrition labels were never looked at, you have to spend a little more time than the next person relearning your relationship with food.

It is important to be kind to yourself during your weightloss journey and reminding yourself that slow and steady wins the race. No two people are the same and everyone’s story will be different.
