Strong deltoid muscles contribute to better shoulder
stability.

This can be especially important for athletes or individuals who participate in sports or activities that involve repetitive overhead motions, such as swimming, throwing, or weightlifting.

By doing these, itโ€™ll help reduce the risk of shoulder instability or dislocation.

This is a great exercise to put the icing on the cake at the end of a tough push/shoulder workout ๐ŸคŸ๐Ÿพ๐ŸคŸ๐Ÿพ๐ŸคŸ๐Ÿพ

I made sure to extend the shoulder forward as I started the row and then pulled back all the way for full contraction ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ

โœ… CHEST FLYES โœ…

Trainer tip: Whenever I do chest flyes (whether on the cables, machines, or dumbbells), I โ€œscoop the chestโ€ as I squeeze forward to achieve full contraction
Try out that cue next time you work on your chest!
