The Action Project

The Action Project Every client will have different needs. After the assessment, each client will work with a case manager to address immediate needs and create a care plan.

The Action Project is currently in the program implementation stage of its organization and will be providing the following supports to families:

Intake Assessment

When clients come to The Action Project for support, an initial assessment will be completed to gather as much information needed to provide the necessary support and assistance. Referrals for Drug Treatment Centers

The Action Project has connections and partnerships with many drug treatment centers. When clients need drug rehabilitation, The Action Project may refer them to LA CADA, Tarzana, Cri-Help, Social Model Recovery, Fred Brown, Impact, Phoenix House, Clare Foundation, Red Gate, American Recovery Hospital, Pacifica House, and more. Referrals for Mental Health

For mental health support, clients may be referred to Exodus, Downtown Mental Health, and Didi Hirsch.
