According to the World Health Organization or the WHO, vaccination is a simple and safe way to protect your body against some harmful diseases even before you are exposed to the disease. In vaccination, the immune system will be informed about a new disease to build resistance against it.

As said, when the immune system tries to fight against a specific disease, it will produce antibodies that identify that specific germ and fight and destroy it. When you get vaccines for a specific disease, you are training your immune system to create and produce antibodies for that disease. Vaccines contain either killed or weakened forms of germs – viruses and bacteria - that can cause that particular disease. However, the vaccine itself cannot cause the disease but as a natural reaction, you may feel a low fever within the next few days of receiving your vaccine.

is a bleeding disorder that is usually inherited through genetics. When a person has this condition, the ability of clotting in their blood is abnormal; this is because their body does not have the adequate amount of clotting factors which are -clotting proteins, so their blood cannot form clots. It is very well known that blood clotting is used to stop the bleeding caused by an injury. If blood’s ability to form clots is impaired, the person with this disorder will for a long time after they have had an injury until their blood forms the clumps correctly.

To find out how severe the condition of is in a person, the levels of the factors in their blood is measured, and the lower the amount of the factors associated with blood clotting, the higher the likelihood of the fact that bleeding will occur which can lead to serious problems.

However, depending on the size of the injury which determines the severity of it, the dangers of having hemophilia changes, but small cuts are not much of a problem. Though, the more serious and severe the condition of hemophilia is, the concerns of bleeding inside the body are raised. Especially bleeding in the knees, elbows and ankles. This situation is called internal bleeding and in case of occurrence, it can damage both the organs as well as the tissues which makes internal bleeding, a life-threatening condition.

Traumatic Brain Injury or TBI

TBI or a traumatic brain injury may occur when there is a blow to the head that causes damage to the brain. This “blow” might be penetrating like a gunshot wound. Non-penetrating injuries can include having struck your head in a car accident. When TBI occurs, it can be different in severity depending on the circumstances that led to a traumatic injury of the brain. In many cases, patients can recover within a few days. However, in more severe cases where the possibility of other complications is increased, TBI is also fatal.

According to claims made by the Cleveland clinic, even though anyone can experience a TBI, men make up about 80% of TBI-related cases. A traumatic brain injury has a higher chance of occurrence as the person reaches and passes the age of 65. It is because at this age, the events of the person losing their balance, falling, and hitting their head increase. But, as said earlier in this paragraph, anyone can experience a traumatic brain injury. Even infants can experience a TBI due to incidents such as falling from a bed or changing tables or child abuse in some rare conditions.

Some specific professions or activities tend to increase a person's chance of getting a TBI, such as athletes despite their level, construction workers, military men and women, police, and law enforcement.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 2014 statistics show that about 3 million people have visited the emergency department due to a TBI. Of all those people, over 54,000 adults and 2,500 children had died because of a traumatic brain injury. It is the sole reason why or Brain Injuries are one of the leading causes of death and disability in the United States of America.

How can be as other conditions?

Generally speaking, are conditions affecting your psychological health which are associated with changes in how you feel, think, and behave. As a result, every mental illness or condition changes how we function in society, with our family members, or with our friends.
The American Association defines mental health as a foundation of emotions, thinking, communication, learning, resilience, and self-esteem. The American Psychiatric Association also indicates that it is our health that plays an essential role in the quality of our relationships, as well as our personal emotional well-being, while also being strongly associated with our social skills.
which is actually divided into many types is one of the many mental conditions which can disrupt the daily life of the person who has them. These conditions affect the person’s mood and ability to function. This condition is generally considered a mood disorder that can cause a persistent feeling of being upset and sad while losing interest in most things and activities. Depending on the type and severity of depression, the way a person feels, thinks, and behaves is affected, which can result in a number of different physical and mental problems. Based on studies, most people with depression have difficulty doing normal day-to-day activities while also feeling like living is not worth it anymore.

Despite the false belief, depression is considered a long-term condition which means it also needs long-term treatment. Improvement in the condition of most people with depression has been seen through medication, psychotherapy, or a combination of both.

What is Allergy?
An Allergic reaction is the reaction of our body’s immune system when it identifies a specific substance as a harmful substance, even though it may not be. These substances may be harmless to most people. Allergens are what we call these substances. These substances are mostly found in dust mites, molds, insects, pets, pollen, foods and even medicines or medications. Allergy can also occur because of genetics; Atopy is the right name for it. It is the tendency that genetics have to develop allergic diseases. When people with allergies, or atopic people come in contact with allergens, their body may develop an immune reaction, this reaction can lead to allergic inflammation in longer terms. Allergic can cause in areas like, nose, eyes, skin and lungs.
In the nose or eyes, allergic inflammation can cause allergic rhinitis also known as hay fever, also instead of hay fever it could be conjunctivitis. It could have an effect in which results in eczema, or hives, and also can cause asthma in lungs.

In short term, an allergic reaction is when the system within our body, find a new substance and mistakes it for a harmful substance and produces an antidote to fight against it even though it is not harmful for most people.

When an allergic reaction causes symptoms in the nose, it may result in hard and heavy sneezing which is harmful to your nose.

Though, some reactions come from food. As an example, peanuts, , dairy products and eggs are some of the foods that can cause allergic reactions in some people. If they eat a food that contains an allergen that they are allergic to, it can cause eczema, asthma, colic and stomach upset.

Types of TBI

Several different factors can contribute to determining the severity of the TBI. Several types and grades of TBI are known, such as:

Mild TBI: One of the most common types of traumatic brain injuries is a concussion. You could say that 3 out of every 4 cases of TBI are because of concussions. In this type of TBI, the person may experience mild alterations of their consciousness like feeling a loss of consciousness or being dazed for under 30 minutes on average. Make no mistake that this "confusion" differs from difficulty with attention or memory associated with other types of TBI or other unrelated conditions.

: In a case of a mild traumatic brain injury, the person might lose consciousness for more than 30 minutes but less than one day. They may also experience confusion, just like in mTBI, but it may last for up to 7 days here.

Severe TBI: People who have this kind of TBI may lose consciousness for over a day. In this form of TBI, injuries caused to the brain are usually associated with changes in head CT or Brain MRI.

Uncomplicated TBI: It is normal to have a mild or moderate TBI after a Head CT or brain MRI.

TBI: In this form, during the head CT or brain MRI, signs of changes like bleeding can be seen.

Closed: A closed TBI means a blow from the outside has hurt the head. It has not directly opened the skull to affect the inside of the authority. In closed TBI cases, the brain can be injured and caused to swell.

Open: The direct opposite of a closed TBI means the brain has not been damaged directly. In this form of TBI, the brain tissues are damaged because something has penetrated the skull and entered the head. done using a bullet, knife, or anything that goes through the skull are the main reasons for an open TBI.

: Sometimes, TBI may not be caused by . Instead, medical conditions such as strokes, seizures, or events such as choking and near-fatal drownings can cause them. These TBIs are also known as /anoxic brain injuries. What damaged the brain was the oxygen that was not delivered to the .

How is TBI diagnosed?
A traumatic brain injury can be an emergency, and in a case where the condition is severe, it can worsen quickly every moment it is not receiving treatment. So, TBI needs to be assessed promptly.

Glasgow Coma Scale
Glasgow Coma Scale is a 15-point test that aids the doctor or the ER staff in assessing the severity of TBI by checking the person's ability to follow directions and move their eyes and limbs. In this test, the point starts from 3 to 15, and a higher score means the condition is less severe.

Information about the injury and symptoms
Even if a witness saw where the patient was injured or arrived exactly after the patient sustained the injury, they can provide the medical personnel with useful information in assessing the patient's condition. The witness will only have to answer a few questions such as below:
How were they injured?
Did they lose consciousness? If yes, how long were they unconscious?
Did you observe any other changes in alertness, speaking, coordination, or other signs of injury?
Exactly where on the head or other parts of the body were struck?

Imaging tests

A CT scan or Computerized Tomography: A CT scan is the first test performed on suspected TBI patients in the ER. Several X-rays will be used in a CT scan test to create a detailed brain image. If any fractures have happened to the brain, it can visualize them and uncover evidence of bleeding in the brain, blood blots, bruised brain tissue, and brain tissue swelling.
A Magnetic Resonance Imaging or an MRI: During an MRI imaging, mighty radio waves are used along with magnets to produce a detailed image of the brain. The difference between a CT scan and an MRI is that an MRI is used after the patient's condition has stabilized or if their symptoms are not improving.

Intracranial pressure monitor

If brain tissue gets swollen as a follow-up of a traumatic brain injury, the pressure inside the skull can be increased, leading to additional damage to be done to the brain. A probe will be inserted into the person's head to monitor it.

Apraxia is one of the less common neurological disorders. Neurological disorders happen when some of the nerves within this vast network of nerves are impaired. Some neurological disorders are epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, diseases including stroke, migraine, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, and brain tumors. Apraxia may happen in a few different forms, such as orofacial Apraxia, where the person cannot perform some specific muscular movements in their face voluntarily, like not being able to wink or lick their lips. Or in another form of this disorder, the person cannot move their legs and arms intentionally.

There are only two types of Apraxia; Acquired Apraxia and Childhood apraxia of speech (CAS). Although acquired Apraxia can happen to anyone, it is primarily found in adults. In Apraxia, the symptoms are often speech-related, such as:

- Having a hard time connecting syllables in the correct order to make words or not being able to do so
- Difficulty with saying words that are complex or long
- Repeating the attempt to pronounce words
- Having inconsistencies in speech, like being capable of pronouncing a word or sound correctly at some times but not at other times
- Inflecting or putting stress incorrectly on some specific sounds or words
using nonverbal forms of communication excessively
- Distorting vowel sounds
- Leaving out consonants at the beginning and ends of words
When the case is about acquired Apraxia, the condition is spontaneously resolving. However, when the issue is a CAS or childhood apraxia of speech, the situation does not fade away or disappear without treatment. Most children with CAS can benefit significantly from one-on-one meetings with speech-language pathologists about three to five times per week.

What types of Aortic dissection are there?
There are two main types of aortic dissection:

Stanford Type A, Aortic Dissection – Here the dissection occurs within the first part of the aorta which is the closer part to the heart. This type is considered extremely life-threatening and require an emergency open chest surgery in order to either repair or replace the first part of the aorta which is where the tear has occurred. Keep in mind that this type of aortic dissection is more common than the Stanford Type B Aortic Dissection. In this type of aortic dissection, the dissection of the aorta does extend through the whole length of the aorta usually.

Stanford Type B Aortic Dissection – In this type of aortic dissection, the tear starts to occur at a much farther distance from the heart than in the other type of aortic dissection. This type usually begins at the descending aorta beyond the arch. Here, the tear usually extends from the descending aorta and all the way through the abdominal aorta which is also known as the abdominal segment. However, this type of aortic dissection does not extend to the first part of the aorta which is in the front of our chest. Unlike the other type, here emergency surgery may not be always needed but the need of an immediate surgery depends on two factors. The first factor is the place the dissection is located, and the second one is if this dissection is stopping the flow of blood to organs. The operation for this type of aortic dissection may usually be done using a stent-graft device which is inserted into the aorta.

Use of To***co – whether it is chewing to***co, ci**rs, pipes, ci******es, etc.

Irresponsible use of alcohol and alcoholic beverage
Excessive exposure of the lips to the sun

HPV or human papillomavirus is a virus that can be transmitted through sexual in*******se

An impaired or weak immune system

Feeling a soreness either on your lips or in your mouth, especially if it does not go away and does not heal
A mass or growth anywhere in your mouth
Bleeding from the mouth
Suddenly having loose teeth
Painful swallowing or having trouble with swallowing
Trouble wearing dentures

The Cause of Mouth cancer
When either on the lips or any other area in the mouth, cancerous cells start to overgrow and bring mutations in the DNA. The DNA of each cell includes the instructions that guide the cell on what it must do, and when these mutations happen, the instructions that the cell has changed into growing and dividing rapidly even if the previous cell has not died yet, which leads to death of even those healthy cells and the forming of tumors.‌

The of as multiple sclerosis

An illness can be or misdiagnosed when another condition mimic's the actual problem's properties, such as symptoms; what we mean to say is that a health condition can be misdiagnosed if it has mutual symptoms with another condition while either the diagnosis is too complicated or if there is not enough information on that condition yet. Conditions that can mimic are primary or secondary disorders regarding headaches' main subject, which usually come with mutual features with what Migraine can cause. These mutual features can eventually lead to an erroneous, false-positive diagnosis of Migraine.
The second of Migraine is Aura which we mentioned earlier.
For example, auras can be:

• Visual phenomena, like seeing various shapes, bright spots, or flashes of light
• Vision loss
• Pins and needles sensations in an arm or leg
• Weakness or numbness in the face or one side of the body
• Difficulty speaking

The stage of migraines is called Attack, which is the most painful and the most disturbing stage of this condition

It can last from 4 hours to even 3 or 4 days if it is left without treatment.

of the Attack stage can include:

• The pain is usually on one side of your head, but often on both sides
• Pain that throbs or pulses
• Sensitivity to light, sound, and sometimes smell and touch
• Nausea and vomiting
The final stage of migraines is called Post-drome, during which the person may feel confused and drained of energy for about a day.

According to the type of bowel you have, you can get treatment. In contrast, some particular medications can work only on a specific type of irritable bowel or IBS. However, it is normal for those with to have regular bowel movements on some days while experiencing abnormal bowel movements on other days.

Explain the effect of IBS or irritable bowel syndrome on the body is that the muscle is more likely to contract in those with IBS or irritable bowel syndrome. The result of those contractions is cramps and pain in the abdominal area, as said before. Also, those with IBS tend to be more sensitive to lower pain.

Some possible tests used by doctors to diagnose irritable bowel syndrome are or flexible sigmoidoscopy to examine the colon in more detail. Both Colonoscopy and Sigmoidoscopy are similar procedures, but what makes them apart is that while during a colonoscopy, the entire colon can be examined, only the lower half of the colon is examined during a .
X-ray or CT scan can also be helpful. -ray
