If you are reading this, I believe you are not here by coincidence, it is a very directed path. I would like to share my background. I was born as a Pentecostal Christian believing in the gifts of the Spirit. My family for generations always had “The touch.” Some could predict earthquakes, weather, some could bring money. I am a true Libra who naturally has both Karma and Healing powers. I can’t tell you the tons of stories where Karma simply came, because I gave someone the stink eye after they hurt me. We are talking car accidents, painful pregnancies, sudden c-sections, all kinds of things.. I knew I better be careful!! It was when I finally had enough of the attacks from the church, accusations, humiliations in front of everyone by guest preachers announcing I was a witch etc.. That I finally started to embrace who I really am.
20ish some years ago I began to use the tools of the trade. Voodo magic, dolls, crystals, getting in touch with my guides, astral power etc.. that things started to really take off. I have actually seen & felt things touch me, I can predict things. I have finally learned to listen to those calm still voices that say.. “Be careful or don’t go to work today…stay away from that person etc.”
So back to being a Christian, what do we do when bad things happen to good people? Why is it that no matter how long we wait in blind faith for God to answer our prayers, some of us die horrendous deaths anyways? I am here to be the bringing of balance. This is my calling. I am both Healer & Hexer, I am Kitsune of Yin & Yang. While the Bible says “Don’t have any Gods before me, for I am a jealous God” isn’t jealous a sin? Even back in the Old testament before Jesus came to die for the sins of the world, there were times when God simply chose to ignore some and save others.. Both were good deserving people... so why? Maybe it is because despite how man twisted Gods word, God wants some of us to rise up and be the messenger, the deliverer, the Angel and Goddess of light we all need. No more making excuses for God not being there. We have free will & I am willing to lay my life down for YOU, my friend. You have waited and suffered enough! I AM HERE, I SEE YOU, FEEL YOU, I KNOW YOUR SUFFERING before you even tell me. I am a very strong Empath. Like I said before, there are certain times when I just knew.. “Don’t go to work today” Or “Better be prepared, the day might not go as planned” Or.. The teacher is going to call on you” ofc the phone is about to ring blah blah.. Yeeees that actually happens sometimes. I have also absorbed so much energy that when I touch people I once had the pastors wife go flying back across the room when my fingers barley touched her blouse!! True story! (I will swear on my Mothers urn. Bible too !~!)

It gives me such pleasure to know that my spirits reach far and wide.. Im talking foreign countries.. I think it was CH that was going around making up this ridiculous things about distance and how far they can travel? Total BS!!!
I just had the lovely testimonial from a client who went to a very expensive famous dr who botched her, killed another one of her friend and hurt many.. She wanted to break up him and his gf as a punishment and have him get get sued and punished. Both were done.. I believe this was in Portugal.. I have another client over in Germany who wanted to awaken her inner witch.. well now she can sense the spirits in her house after just one session.. The only bummer is that sometimes the time on an etsy order runs out before they can leave a review. Soo I think I will start to screen shot it and put it up on the webpage..

soo I have a very nice client from another country who is doing me Awaken Your Inner Witch series of spell work. She was asking me about lvl2 & 3 so here is a copy of a letter I sent to her. I am curious who else knew early on they were diffrernt and had proof? Yes!! I forgot some people even experience headaches too. I have ringing in the ears all the time ha ha. Yes that was phase 1. Phase 2 is where I start asking the spirits to give you the ability for certian gifts like divination, visions, etc. Level 3 is the most extreme and powerful spirits.
I would wait a week between each one. Focus on the exercises and do them daily. I feel better about letting you do it early because you have the support of your coven. After level 2 you might be ready to adopt a familiar. do you know what that is? It takes a while working with them to know if they are doing what you ask.
pay attention to your gut instinct, your intuition is going to become stronger and you'll know what people are going to say before they say it. or if the phone is about to ring or that you should check your email.. you'll probably know before I even do level2.. if someone is lying. I usually save that for level 2 you get a double cast.
I start working with demons on level 2. you will have less energy drain after a big ritual. Unless your doing a 3 day working like I do you will be a little tired from that because you have to time things just right and try not to have any interruptions.

level 3 is where you will hear things from the spirit world.. This is how I knew I was a witch..

in my early 20's, one night at home I was doing dishes when... I heard something... a voice and thought my husband was asking me to bring him some water.. I was doing dishes and he was playing the guitar and recording it for his band.. so all I heard was a muffled voice. I turned off the water and called out :"What hun?" He said.. "Uhh nothing"..
so the next night he was playing the tape back and we hear a strange voice so we got with a friend who had something called a drum machine.. we tried slowing down and speeding up the sound and you know what it said?
It said my husbands name and "I want your soul" it wasn't demanding it.. it saying it like a question.. like giving him an opportunity to sell his soul to the devil or something!!
so I new then I wasn't an ordinary Christian and my husband never quite looked at me the same.. needles to say we all slept as a group in the living room together.. scary!
I had natural ability just little stuff like that. I don't need to hear demons talking to me outright ha ha .
Its a busy day so Ill hare more with you next time^^

A lot of people complain that they get overwhelmed as an empath, esp when they go to crowded places.. I tend to thrive and love the energy!! The more the merrier! Big crowds have never scared me.. How about you?

"One of my friends told me about a powerful lesson in her daughter's high school class recently. They're learning about the Salem Witch Trials, and their teacher told them they were going to play a game.
"I'm going to come around and whisper to each of you whether you're a witch or a regular person. Your goal is to build the largest group possible that does NOT have a witch in it. At the end, any group found to include a witch gets a failing grade."
The teens dove into grilling each other. One fairly large group formed, but most of the students broke into small, exclusive groups, turning away anyone they thought gave off even a hint of guilt.

Here is another example I am going to show you the original illustration and what I created that I feel is a bit ore eye catching.. I will be honest.. I saw this book before and when I saw that cover design I just said.. NOPE.. A friend of mine asked me to give the book a chance.. ok so I I did based on him asking me to buy it. Not to tear the author down or anything.. how you project an image looking like a lasso tool cut out on photoshop is not going to get you sales.. You didn't even take time to care about your own image on the cover of the book, so how is that going to convince people to buy your products?
Discovering your brand, having a professional logo, book cover, banner etc..
So I took the elements I saw from his boo cover and worked really hard to make it come to life.. The original and then My version.. so if you saw the 2nd and 3rd cover vs the first one how much more likely would you be willing to at least take a sample and peek into the book?

Happy Memorial Day!! Its a relaxing 3 day weekend to celebrate our freedom here in the USA and show some gratitude Before you go down the you tube rabbit hole I need to make a disclaimer.. While Imay share some videos on mental health, nuttrition etc. please note that its not a "One size fit most" kind of thing.. Some of the tips may be helpful, they do not replace a real dr.'s care. Recently I have shared videos by the "CrappyChildhood Fairy" Please know she is not a Dr. Spent most her life messed up, doesnt even have a certificate.. she managed to pull herself out of the hole and is now sharing how she fixed herself with therapy..

Well on the flipside.. she got lucky.. she got married to a man who probably pays all her bills, so she can still "not work" a regular job like most of us 9-5'ers. This way she is free to sit around making you tube videos.. There can be be a sinister side to all these "Helpful folks" Trauma and Drama sells.. There are people out there who will tell the most compelling story probably the same or similar situations that we all have experienced at one time or another.. Yet, they will convince you that those feelings means you have some Huge dark demonic trauma buried in you that NEEDS to be treated ..By Whome? Their program ofc!
That some how if you don't get to the bottom of it, your going to continue a failure in everything for the rest of your life..

Well what if I told you, that people like that, have NO RIGHT, to treat, diagnose or even recommend a treatment plan? That is actually a lawsuit and against the law.. You must have some kind of degree, license and or certificate before you even attempt to advise anyone for any reason.
So be careful with what you watch and subscribe to. Take things with a grain of salt and stick with what a real therapist has to say..

There is a new type of support group out there called a Pressure Relief group. This is where people can come and lay it all out on the table.. Most of these are centered around financial stuff like the kind of debt you have etc. You can make a pressure relief group about anything! In this video with the Crappy Childhood Fairy she talks about a support group that comes from a 12 step program called debtors anonymous.
Maybe you don't have debt.. maybe you have some other kind of issue that needs healing. This is where you can come dump it all out on the table and get clean.. Clean emotionally, mentally spiritually.. Leave it there.. The great thing about this.. Nobody that is going to criticize you, judge you or snap at you for being too negative etc.. (You ever have those people where you think they genuinely care, then the minute you have a human moment they tuck tail and run or snap at you that you just need to get over it?) That will not happen with a support group like this..

Stress isn't just an emotional challenge; it affects your physical health in various ways that might surprise you. When you experience stress, your body releases hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline, which prepare the body for immediate action—a response known as 'fight or flight'.

While useful in emergencies, if these hormones are consistently released, they can start to wear your body down, leading to health issues such as sleep, digestive, and immune system suppression. Understanding these effects is crucial as it highlights the importance of managing stress effectively. 🙏

Moreover, the techniques we teach, such as mindfulness and diaphragmatic breathing, mitigate these physical reactions directly. Mindfulness helps reduce the activation of the brain's stress pathways, and controlled breathing techniques can help regulate the heart rate and lower blood pressure. By learning and applying these techniques, you can enhance your immediate well-being and overall quality of life.

We encourage you to set aside 5-10 minutes of your day to try these techniques and observe their impact on your well-being. Remember, the journey to finding peace in the present moment starts with you. 🫶

1. Diaphragmatic Breathing Technique

The diaphragm is the most efficient muscle for breathing. The diaphragm is a large, dome-shaped muscle located at the base of the lungs. The muscles of the abdomen help move the diaphragm giving you more power to empty your lungs (Cleveland Clinic, 2014).

This type of breathing has many benefits:

Helps to strengthen the diaphragm
Decreases the work of breathing by slowing your breathing rate
Decreases the demand for oxygen
Takes less effort and energy to breathe
Lie on your back on a flat surface - you can also simply lie in bed. Bend your knees and make sure your head is properly supported. You can also use a pillow under your knees in order to support your legs. Gently place one hand on your upper chest with the other hand just below your rib cage. This allows you to actually feel your diaphragm move as you breathe in and out.

Begin by breathing in slowly through your nose so that your stomach moves out against your hand. The hand on your chest should remain still as you breathe.

Next, tighten your stomach muscles, allowing them to fall inward as you exhale through pursed lips. The hand on your upper chest should remain as still as possible.

When you first try the diaphragmatic breathing technique, it may be easier to begin by lying down. As you practise more, you can try it while sitting in a chair (Courtesy of Cleveland Clinic, 2014).

Initially, try to practice this exercise for about five to ten minutes, three to four times per day. You can gradually increase the amount of time you spend doing this exercise. You can even try increasing the effort of the exercise by placing a book on your abdomen.

2. Coping with Stress, Responding Versus Reacting

There are two types of people in the world—those who react to situations and those who respond. Although the two terms may seem similar, they are vastly different because the factor that distinguishes them is mindfulness.

When you simply react to situations, you are in the heat of the moment. Reaction is all about impulsivity and a sense of urgency; it's sudden and rash. When you react, you allow your actions to be dictated by your emotions and feelings. Reaction is also tied into your fight or flight response, which is all about self-preservation.

Responding is much different because it's about being mindful of all the other people involved. You can still acknowledge the fight or flight response but simply let it pass. When you respond, you act in a calm manner assessing the situation. It's about choosing how you react and making a conscious choice.

Acknowledging the stress response but letting it pass
Suspending judgment
Responding is actually the opposite of reacting. It's about suspending that judgment momentarily and listening. Responding is a conscious act and it's all about choosing to be fully present in the moment. When you respond, you are willing to hear the other side.

It takes a little more effort to respond rather than react but responding forces you to grow as a person. As you become more evolved, you become more empathetic and, as a result, your life will begin to improve in every way.

You can respond by acting mindfully and taking a step back to acknowledge the emotions and the fear. When you respond, you see the situation from another point of view and gain a fresh perspective.

3. Pleasant Events Calendar

You can cultivate your attention in different ways. By opening up and becoming more receptive to how things are in the moment, you can begin to focus your attention inward towards particular aspects of your experience.

In other words, you can investigate your feelings and determine if they are pleasant or unpleasant. Using the pleasant events calendar below, you can begin to tune into your experiences and note whether an event is pleasant or unpleasant. These events might be small, like enjoying the feel of the breeze against your skin, or they might be large events such as enjoying a particular day because of a party or celebration.

Try recording some pleasant events for a few days and getting into the habit of paying attention to the details when a pleasant event arises. You can do this by tuning into the moment and paying attention to your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations during a pleasant event. Print this calendar out and keep it handy so you can record pleasant events as they happen.
