Tip of the Day: Be sure to take 5 to 10 minutes to warm up and cool down properly!!!

• Warm-ups gradually rev up your cardiovascular system by raising your body temp, increasing blood flow to the muscle, may also help reduce muscle soreness, and lessen your risk of injury

• Cooling down after your workout allows for a gradual recovery of pre-exercise heart rate, blood pressure, body temp, and most essential for competitive endurance athletes because it helps regulate blood flow.
