2023 has been a big year for Visit Health! Our Southern California team expanded services to include Occupational Health with two Urgent Cares joining our network. Last week Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce joined us at at Visit Health Urgent Care - Van Nuys for our second ribbon-cutting this month!

From diagnosing and treating illnesses to offering preventive care services such as routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and screening tests, our mission is to prioritize your well-being.
No appointment necessary, walk-ins are welcome 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week!

We want to take a moment to express our gratitude for your continued support and trust in our commitment to providing quality healthcare services. 2023 has been an incredible year for us, filled with achievements, collaborations, and significant milestones.

Highlights of 2023
- Expansion of Visit Health Recovery: This year we launched our Residential Treatment Center and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs in Los Gatos, California, and Conway, Arkansas.
- Urgent Care: Visit Health Urgent Care - Van Nuys and Ventura Urgent Care have proudly joined the Visit Health Network. We have extended hours at both locations to 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, hosted ribbon-cutting celebrations in partnership with the Ventura Chamber of Commerce and Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, and Ventura Urgent Care was even voted the Best Urgent Care in Ventura County!
- Occupational Health Services: Nationwide we have offered diverse on-site and mobile services for businesses such as pre-employment physicals, drug and alcohol testing, and vision and hearing exams.
- Michigan Initiatives: Providing testing and vaccination services to thousands of individuals in partnership with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. Additionally, our mobile teams have partnered with over 60 congregate living facilities, bringing vaccination services directly to the patients who need them the most.
- San Francisco Pop-Up Clinics: Continuing our partnership with the San Francisco Department of Public Health, our team administered thousands of vaccinations throughout the city with our onsite and mobile units. We also expanded our partnership with the Mission Neighborhood Health Center, hosting multiple vaccination clinics serving their patient population.

As we reflect on these accomplishments, we want to express our sincere appreciation to the dedicated Visit Health teams across the U.S. working in addiction recovery, testing and vaccination services, long-term care mobile lab services, occupational health, and urgent care. Most importantly, we are grateful for the trust our patients have placed in us.

In The Heart of Access, frontline community workers, public health staff, and leaders speak about their collaborative efforts to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic in San Francisco’s historically marginalized communities – communities of color experiencing the highest health and social disparities. By following the leadership of community-based organizations, the city attained one of the lowest COVID-associated death rates and highest vaccination rates of any metropolitan area in the US.

Since 2020, our San Francisco team has had the honor of operating with San Francisco Department of Public Health to offer mobile testing and clinics throughout the city in the Mission and Bayview Districts.
