When you catch yourself wanting to do something out of guilt, scarcity, fear, and anxiety… pause. Don’t take action.

This is ego driven action.

Rarely anything is truly urgent and requires immediate action.

On the other hand, inspired action guided by your higher self comes from a place of peace, joy, and fun.

You don’t have to force yourself to do anything. You get it done and don’t overthink it.

Inspired action feels expansive and light rather than constrictive and heavy.
