Welcome to Wellness Wednesdays. We welcome all healing professionals, including licensed therapists, Life coaches, Nurses, NPs, fitness health professionals, Martial Arts, RDs, , Art and Music therapists, Psychiatrists,Psychologists, Naturopathic Healers, Hypnotherapists, Yoga professionals, and more. We believe in different healing modalities, and we are eager to meet you and begin building professional relationships that will help individuals who are struggling with mental health challenges and could benefit from various types of healing modalities.
We will be meeting every 3rd Wednesday of the month at

Trauma is anything that our nervous system finds overwhelming. While, we may not have control of things that have happened to us, we can empower ourselves to make the changes to heal. It can get frustrating to remain stuck and repeat old patterns. The power lies in making the decision to choose change and break away from old patterns.
