Consulting a doctor could be avoided if someone maintains a healthy and fruitful life. To do that, I recommend my students practise Yoga, Aerobics and Meditation. However, just as consulting a doctor is important to find the best medical solutions, knowing the right yoga, meditation and aerobic style is necessary. Practising the wrong ones will not do any good; it can damage the whole body. It is
why I ask my student to choose the right tutor who can train them professionally. Although I have completed B.Com, my passion from childhood was to pursue a career in health.
