◼️Principle 1 - Make sure you have carbs at least 1x per day or else you’re going to have very low energy and you're going to start craving high calorie processed food and snacks.

◼️Our Goal is to Get to the Goal and Stay at the Goal! 🏆

◼️Principle 2 - Make sure you're hitting Cardio. This plus nutrition will definitely help you lose weight at a faster rate.

◼️You can lose weight without it but it will probably take you longer and your nutrition would need to be Att.

◼️Principle 3 - Mindset! Know matter what, you must believe you’re going to hit the goal because this will keep you in solution mode!

◼️I don't care what you ate the day before, you better lock back in the next day and get back on the program. This is vital for long term success.
