Keepin' at it here...

Someone asked me - what is something remarkable that I've learned over the years?

I immediately said it has to be cemetery and feedback and understanding how to process it.

When i was young, I I used to oftentimes think all critical feedback was harsh ....

Then I started thinking - maybe they're right and I'm just being sensitive 🥺..

Now, I look at critical feedback more balanced based on the person conveying it- i.e. the intention behind it along with their personality ....

Some I've deemed necessary abd a but, well, critical, some sugar-coated, and some just plain cynical lol.

I'm working on my lighting ....dont rrally dig taking sselfies, ut tryna learn....

Recently, I've been getting two questions that pop up a lot....

1.) What's my fitness goal...

Easy

To look healthy like Beyonce Carter

2.) What's my greatest strength?

Had to do a retrospective.

Resilience.

As I'm making this documentary....I'm learning about myself too.

People say it's good not to become too intimate or emotional and while I agree to a point ....I don't care ......

I feel with my whole heart and trust myself to heal with my whole heart.

It's cleansing and healthy for me.....

I'm so excited as interviewees are coming on- board and other aspects are coming together.

Still working on securing pet scan being performed during filming.
