Barriers to progress arise in ways you might not expect.
Even if you want to see change, you may subconsciously fear what that actually looks like. Barriers are often invisible — fear, overwhelm, perfectionism, or plans that won’t survive a busy week. These barriers don't have to mean set backs!
Coaching focuses on context to mitigate these barriers, such as turning shame into curiosity and being a consistent support system throughout the entire action plan, with no judgement when life gets in the way.
Sometimes, giving yourself a little more grace is all it takes to progress leaps and bounds. 💖
