✨My tips!! ‼️

6 stone gone forever! ❤️ start weight 16stone - current weight 9stone 12lbs. 🤩

🤍I allowed myself the odd treat, to prevent cravings & binging!! This doesn’t mean I had a massive cheat day. This meant if I fancied chocolate - I’d have a little bar. If I fancied a chippy - I’d have a small portion of chips! It’s all about balance!

🤍I started counting my calories & weighing my foods. I didn’t realise how much I was over eating!! (Please talk to your doctors before you start calorie counting. This may not be suitable for everyone).

🤍Drank a minimum of 2litres of water a day - this also helps with your skin, nails, hair & overall mood!!

🤍 I Bought smaller plates to control my portion sizes🙈 - trust me on this one!! I got mine from ikea!

🤍Added lots of dark green veggies, high fibre foods & lean proteins to my meals! This also helped when I plateaued.

🤍 Stayed motivated & positive. Its everything in moderation!!!! Fail to prepare, prepare to fail. ❤️💯
