Join us for a Full Moon Sunset Soundbath in the park. We begin at 3PM with time to settle in, mini sessions, space to journal, connect with others, and ease into the evening together before the soundbath begins.
As the light softens, we’ll lie in the grass and move into deep relaxation and gentle emotional clearing beneath the open sky.
Mats provided, just bring yourself.
