Island Boys' Franky Venegas found with Fentanyl-laced substance on a debit card. His girlfriend Liv was the driver, and was pulled over after she failed to stop at a crosswalk.

According to the police report, Franky was in the passenger seat making movements as if he were reaching for a gun, which gave police cause to search their vehicle were they found Fentanyl reside, pills, and drug paraphernalia.

They also found in the car was a cut straw with a white powder residue that also tested positive for Fentanyl.

Franky said he didn't know what the substance was on the card.
