‼️ Testimonial Thursday ‼️

Repost What an emotionally intelligent young man. His level of self awareness is remarkable....

Repost @ If you saw a flower not thriving you’d be insane to blame the flower. You would, of course, look at the environment the flower was growing in. Why do we offer much less understanding to human beings. Shoutout to for being one of the most genuinely cool souls I’ve met.
I don’t believe in “bad kids”. I work as a therapist for people in prison and have volunteered countless hours in the juvenile system and this is the story of most every child inside. Most of them have been in foster care and have little to go back to. Remain kind. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

How are we as a community surviving in this economy?

Thoughts 🤔

Repost Social Worker With a Master’s Degree Is Homeless Because Rent Is Too High

Her salary was not enough to afford housing

Michelle is a social worker with a master’s degree. She has been homeless in Charlotte for two years.

This is what the housing crisis looks like.

For every $100 increase in median rent, homelessness rises by 9%. More than 19,000 people are falling into homelessness every week.

People want to blame homelessness on homeless people, but Michelle did everything people say you are supposed to do. She got an education. She built a career helping others.

It still was not enough to afford rent.

Homeless people do not control housing costs. They do not set rent prices. They cannot fix the affordable housing shortage.

That is on us.

Until we address the lack of affordable housing, this crisis will keep getting worse, and more people like Michelle will lose their homes.

Love this 💕

I’m gonna say it again… ladies, marry the handyman.

Not just because he can fix things… but because of what it says about him.

A man that’s willing to learn, figure it out, and get it DONE no matter what? That’s character.

Paul doesn’t wait around asking, “do you know a guy?”
He is the guy.

The type that knows his way around like it’s his second home…
to the point people really stop and ask him for help in there 😭

There’s nothing he’s ever attempted that he didn’t finish, and that same mindset shows up in our home, our marriage, and how he shows up for our kids.

That kind of consistency, dedication, and work ethic? You can’t teach that.

Get you a man that can build… and will build YOU up too.

Employing the homeless??

Thoughts 🤔

Repost What if city neglect, joblessness, & declining mental health among the homeless aren’t funding problems, but incentive problems?

LA businesses have officially begun proving it

I use my business to pay the homeless $50 per hour in cash while they clean up Los Angeles with me

All trash is removed from LA county to Lancaster dump same-day 🚛

❌ I do not accept donations

This is paid for by my business advertising budget ONLY

Instead of paying Google, I pay my community & promote the impact

Want to help? Just use my 24/7 Locksmith business 🔐 It’s the only way I fund this & the only way you can too

This is about undeniable, high-value incentives that turn rehabilitation into a high-paying job, one that cleans up our streets

Now for my real point, LA county has 1.4 MILLION big & small businesses. I’m one of the very small ones

If just *1%* of us do this, we’ll have tens of thousands of cleanups per month, & hundreds of thousands of PAID rehabilitative jobs for the homeless per month, just in LA county

Without a SINGLE taxpayer dollar. Really think about that

Businesses gain increased public trust, reputation & consumer market standing while saving money & helping their communities. A MASSIVE win-win

Consumers reward businesses that help them, it’s that simple

These benefits will naturally drive rapid adoption well beyond 1% as they have with every form of advertising in history

Let me explain how easy this is

Let’s say your business spends 5K/month on ads. Take just $500 of that, pay it to the homeless while cleaning LA with them, & add the message of that impact to your remaining $4,500 in ads making them MUCH more effective. Social media isn’t even required

It’s that simple

LA: It’s time for you to start voting for change using the dollars you’re already spending, not just a ballot in the mail

You can’t donate, but you can be a customer. Support the businesses building this change by spending at businesses who spend on your community

Follow my business & call me for all of your locksmith needs 24/7! 📲 (855) KEYS-PLS 🔐
