Come take my Lagree class at in Brentwood!! I teach:
Sunday - 9am/10am
Monday - 4:25pm/5:30pm/6:35pm
Tuesday - 4:25pm
Thursday - 11am (abs & ass)
Friday - 4:25pm
Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that uses slow, controlled movements on a spring-based resistance machine (megaformer) to build strength, increase your muscle tone and endurance and help you get in the best shape possible 🙌🏼 every fitness level is welcome and I promise you’ll have a blast!
