𝘼𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙤 𝘼𝙘𝙞𝙙 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙚: It has been identified that there is a higher 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗻 content in the Keet cultivar of hairy Canary seed proteins (𝟐.𝟖 𝐠/𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧) as compared to wheat (𝟏.𝟐 𝐠/𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐠) and casein (𝟏.𝟎 𝐠/𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐠) protein, as well as higher amounts of 𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘰 𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘴 𝘱𝘩𝘦𝘯𝘺𝘭𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘦, 𝘭𝘦𝘶𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘦𝘶𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘢𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘵.🌾 In addition, Canary seeds contain high amounts of glutamic acid.
