Do you find that sticking to routine eating helps you keep in line with your wellness goals? ✨

Personally, I find that when I’m out of my routine, I tend to feel more out of control and can fall off track more easily!

My best tips for sticking to your routine:
1. Stick to the same variations of your favorite goal-friendly foods on rotation; I could eat this high fiber, antioxidant packed oatmeal every day!!
2. Stick to a set time window of eating; whether you intermittent fast or not, try to have your meals around the same time each day—your body hates surprises just as much as you do!
3. No pressure!! Take every day as it comes and do your best to make choices that keep you feeling good. There’s always room for fine tuning and adjustment! 🤍🙏🏼

Intuitive eating✨
I find that on most mornings, I wake up naturally not hungry so I’ve fallen into the pattern of 16:8 intermittent fasting. Buttttttt on the rare occasion that I wake up craving a specific breakfast, I’ll listen to my body and give it what it needs!



This morning I wanted nothing more than a warm bowl of pb&j oatmeal 😋

Recipe: 1/2 cup steel cut oats cooked on stovetop medium heat with 1 cup water. Once oats are cooked, add in 1/2 cup wild blueberries and top with 1 tbsp crunch PB, a few fresh strawberries, and a drizzle of honey🍯🍯

Just spent the last week in Aspen hiking the most beautiful trails & eating some of the best food I’ve had! A favorite of mine was definitely , a plant based, vegan spot we went to for lunch today.

New place, same habits 🤓



Do you have anxiety about falling off track with your goals when on vacation? Here are a few tips to help you:
1. Think ahead & prepare! Make sure you have healthy options available to you so you won’t reach for the less healthy ones when hungry.
2. Try to stay in line with your daily habits...for me, that includes celery juice & warm water with lemon in the morning. Keeping consistent with your habits keeps you motivated to stay on track.
3. Know that it’s 100% okay & necessary to indulge!!! Listen to your body and tune into your cravings ❤️

Açaí bowls! 💜 Something I always get questions about...Are they healthy? Too full of sugar? What’s the deal?



While packed with tons of vitamins and superfood benefits, açaí bowls can at times, tend to have lots of added sugar, making them a calorically dense and blood sugar spiking food 😬



To lighten up an açaí bowl, I recommend controlling portion sizes of high-cal toppings like granola and almond butter and focusing on fruit instead! Another great way to cut down on sugar is to make your smoothie base with low glycemic fruits likes berries and limiting the amount of higher sugar fruits like banana 🥰

Let’s talk happiness! ✨💛 Happiness comes in so many forms but for me, it’s the little things...my dogs smile, a crystal clear view of the ocean, homemade extra chocolatey chocolate cake — just to name a few ☺️



True happiness is such an important facet to overall wellness...an unhappy mind has a direct effect on essential bodily functions like digestion & sleep — both essential aspects of weight loss!

Another day, another veggie packed, nutrient dense salad. Salads are my favorite way to get creative in the kitchen...the combo possibilities are endless!💚



Today’s salad: a bed of romaine topped with persian cucumbers, sauerkraut, leftover roasted veggies (throw any veggies on hand into an oven at 425 degrees and bake for 15-20 min or until crispy), garlic turmeric quinoa (DM for recipe) & a few raw unsalted cashews! Don’t forget to top with your fav hot sauce 🥵❤️

Amethyst
Helps treat physical ailments and emotional issues, relieves stress, prevents nightmares.

Black Tourmaline
Protects against negative energy; prevents drainage of one’s energy.

Citrine
Channels positive energy from the sun for manifesting goals; encourages happiness, good luck, prosperity, and creativity.

Clear Quartz
Used to cleanse and reenergize other crystals; counteracts negative energy.

Labradorite
Clears one’s aura, provides protection, and helps to overcome negative emotions.
