Do you find that sticking to routine eating helps you keep in line with your wellness goals? ✨

Personally, I find that when I’m out of my routine, I tend to feel more out of control and can fall off track more easily!

My best tips for sticking to your routine:
1. Stick to the same variations of your favorite goal-friendly foods on rotation; I could eat this high fiber, antioxidant packed oatmeal every day!!
2. Stick to a set time window of eating; whether you intermittent fast or not, try to have your meals around the same time each day—your body hates surprises just as much as you do!
3. No pressure!! Take every day as it comes and do your best to make choices that keep you feeling good. There’s always room for fine tuning and adjustment! 🤍🙏🏼
