Today I had an overwhelming feeling of gratitude. I lost my only family in September, my momma, my one true love. In return my soul family has been here and helped me move through this time with so much love, patience and helping me to remember to find joy again. I know I have many more waves to ride as I navigate life without my own family, but damn am I so grateful for the folks in my life (sorry if I didn’t have a pic of you). I love and thank you all.

108 Beads Mala featured here with Peach Moonstone. I hand make each mala with beautiful intentions and blessings.

I implement the mala into my daily meditation practice. I am a very tactile person and the use of malas helps facilitate my mind to stay focused.

Using my mala also helps with mindful breathing. Often times I will inhale and exhale with each bead until I get to the guru bead. One round on the mala with focused breathing allows me to feel centered and grounded.
