✅ Hardware Management: Manage laptops, desktops, servers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, VOIP systems, biometric devices
✅ Network Administration: Install, configure, maintain firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, VOIP, PBX, troubleshoot WiFi, network, internet issues
✅ System Administration: Install & maintain Windows Client & Server OS, productivity tools, patches, drivers, firmware, remote troubleshooting
✅ Server Administration: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, backups, file sharing, security permissions, group policies, monitoring
✅ Cloud Administration: Manage and secure VMs and resources on Microsoft Azure
✅ Documentation: Create & maintain system and network documentation, SOPs, policies

Company: Premier Property Preservation

Reports To: Sales Manager/Team Lead

Summary:
The Cold Caller plays a crucial role in generating new business leads for Premier Property Preservation. This position involves contacting potential clients (banks, real estate companies, asset management companies, etc.) via phone to introduce our property preservation and maintenance services and secure appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

-Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lists or databases.
-Effectively communicate Premier Property Preservation's services and value proposition.
-Qualify leads by identifying their needs and determining their decision-making authority.
-Generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up.

Data Entry and Management:

-Accurately record call outcomes and lead information in the company's CRM system.
-Maintain detailed records of contacts and conversations.
