All exercises can be modified for intensity level - message for adaptations.

A few moments from different sessions focusing on Legs and B***y. Working these two areas go hand in hand and these are some simple but very effective ways to both strengthen and tone 💪🏼🍑

🔥 Squat Jumps
🔥 Same Leg Squat Walks
🔥 Same Leg Lunge and Squat Combo
🔥 Alternating Weighted Lunge
🔥 Weighted Donkey Kicks

All of these exercises were done with Ankle Weights. You can of course do without !
