Too many times in our lives we forget ourselves. We don't always do what's best for ourselves and and sometimes we hurt ourselves and others in the process. It can be difficult to forgive ourselves and move forward with what we need to do. So sometimes we don't. This doesn't help anyone. We must remember: we are all just doing the best we can with what we have. It is our duty, not to judge, but to help others on their path; not to condemn but to lift up and forgive, to show a better way. The only way we can help anyone else is to exemplify these higher standards and ideals in our own lives. All help counts. You never know how you may lighten someone else's life.
