I fully stand behind this. I do not fully stand behind all food sensitivity testing.

- Onions, garlic, and scallionsโฃโฃ
- โEnoughโ carbs from starchy vegโฃโฃ
- โEnoughโ protein from healthy and humanely raised animals and fatty fishโฃโฃ
- โEnoughโ fat from real fruits and vegetables, cold-pressed and organic (none of that canola crap and ultra processed business)โฃโฃ
- seeds: chia, h**p, flax (freshly ground)โฃโฃ
- Bone broth and miso soupโฃโฃ
- Fermented veggies, kefir, and kombucha
