Ellen Morano

Ellen Morano I discovered how to reach my child’s unspoken pain and restore the deep connection we both longed for. I worked in the Animation Industry for 15 years.

I started as a Payroll Clerk, moved on to Production Assistant, then on to working as an Overseas Production Coordinator for a British Producer. I traveled to London for a Production Meeting and began receiving payment while working in the Philippines. For all these blessings, in spite of the health challenges I have encountered due to stress and juggling family with intense work demands, I am ext

remely grateful. In 1993, I studied Pranic Healing in Tagaytay, Philippines, to help me with my asthma. Breathing properly and feeling physically healthy in order to work efficiently was a miraculous experience! For me, the best part of learning Pranic Healing teachings was the change in my perspective on life. It was now positive and hopeful. I attribute the success of my life to removing stressful energetic blockages through Pranic Healing. I am currently in Los Angeles, California, with an Energy Healing business of my own. We have helped people with anxiety, stress, and physical conditions as well as the effects of those challenges. Children love what I do. Every time they are not feeling well, they ask their parents to take them to see Ellen. I specialize in helping parents with tantrum children. Yes, Pranic Healing techniques help both the tantrum child and their parents work through the emotions causing and surrounding tantrum outbursts. I also assist and am a regular review student of Master Stephen Co. I have studied in the Anthony Robbins Mastery University - Date With Destiny, the Tony Robbins Business Mastery and Wealth Mastery, and am a Certified Knowledge Broker. Constant learning is a MUST for me. I have learned and continue to learn from greats such as Dean Graziosi, Kim Walsh Phillips, Bari Baumgardner and Blue Melnick, and Rich Kozak to grow and learn how to improve myself to serve others well and serve as many people as I am meant to.

Put the phone down.
Pause the task.

And just… listen.

This is one of the simplest ways I guide moms back into connection—
and one of the most powerful.

Because your child isn’t just listening to your words…
They’re feeling your presence.

When you slow down long enough to truly hear them—
without fixing, without rushing, without multitasking—
something shifts.

They feel it.

“I matter.”
“I’m heard.”
“I have her attention.”

And that sense of being seen?
It builds safety.
It builds trust.
It builds connection that lasts far beyond the moment.

You don’t need more time.
You need intentional presence.

I’ll guide you in creating these small, meaningful pauses in your day—
So connection becomes something you experience with your child…
not something you feel like you’re missing.

Because when your child feels heard…
Everything else softens.

And that’s how we move from disconnection…
into flow.

Your brain links scent to safety.

And once you understand that…
You can begin to use it in a way that truly supports you.

This is where I guide moms in creating calm that their body recognizes,
without overthinking it.

Same oil.
Same moment.
Every day.

Maybe it’s before school chaos begins…
or during that mid-afternoon overwhelm…
or right before bedtime.

You pause.
You breathe it in.
And your body starts to remember…

“This is where I feel safe.”

Over time, that scent becomes your calm signal.

Not something you have to chase,
But something your nervous system returns to naturally.

This is how we build stability from the inside out.

Simple.
Consistent.
Grounded.

And I’ll guide you step by step so your body begins to trust that calm is available to you, anytime you need it.

That’s how frustration becomes flow… consistently.

When everything feels chaotic…

When the noise is loud,
the emotions are rising,
and you feel pulled in every direction…

This is where I guide you to come back to yourself.

Not by figuring everything out…
but by grounding into now.

Touch something solid.
The counter. A wall. Your child’s hand.

Feel your feet on the floor.
Let your body notice where you are.

Take a breath… and come back.

You’re here.

In my work with moms, I teach you how to use simple grounding practices like this to support your nervous system in real time—
So you’re not spiraling in the moment,
You’re stabilizing.

Because when your body feels grounded…
Your mind quiets.
Your reactions soften.
Your presence returns.

This is how we shift from chaos…
into calm.

Not perfectly.
But intentionally.

And I’ll guide you there—step by step—
until coming back to yourself becomes second nature.

Feelings aren’t the problem.
Unprocessed feelings are.

This is where I guide moms to shift everything—
not by avoiding what they feel…
but by learning how to move through it.

Because when emotions rise, your instinct might be to push them away…
or react from them.

But there’s another way.

Feel it.
Pause with it.
Let it be there without judgment.

And then…
Choose your response.

That space in between?
That’s where your power lives.

That’s where overwhelm softens.
That’s where clarity returns.
That’s where you move from reacting… to responding.

I’ll guide you step by step to build that capacity—
So your emotions don’t control you…
They inform you.

Because when you allow yourself to feel…
You create the ability to choose.

And that’s how we move from frustration to flow—consistently.

At the end of the day…

When the house gets quiet…
when the to-do list is still sitting there…
when your body feels the weight of everything you carried…

This is where I guide you to gently let it go.

Not by pushing it down…
but by releasing what was never yours to hold onto in the first place.

The stress.
The emotions.
The moments that didn’t go the way you hoped.

Take a breath.
Soften your body.
Let your shoulders drop.

You don’t have to hold it all.

In my work with moms, I teach you how to clear the energy of the day—
so you’re not carrying it into your night…
and definitely not into tomorrow.

Because when you release…
you create space for peace.

Space to rest.
Space to reset.
Space to begin again.

This is how we move from buildup…
into flow.

Gently. Consistently.

Before the day begins…

Before the noise.
Before the needs.
Before you’re pulled in a hundred directions…

Set your energy.

This is where I guide moms to start differently—
not by rushing into the day,
but by grounding into themselves first.

Light.
A soft moment of awareness.

Breath.
Slow, intentional, steady.

Intention.
“How do I want to feel today?”

It doesn’t take long.
But it changes everything.

Because when you begin your day from calm…
You carry that steadiness into everything that follows.

Your responses soften.
Your patience expands.
Your presence deepens.

This is energy clearing in its simplest form—
creating space before the day fills it.

And I’ll guide you to make this your rhythm…
So calm isn’t something you chase later,
It’s something you begin with.

Start there.

You will have hard moments.
Every mom does.

And this is where I guide you to release the pressure of “getting it right”…
and lean into what actually matters most.

Repair.

Because it’s not the hard moment that defines your connection—
It’s what happens after.

“I’m sorry.”
“I love you.”
“I’m here.”

Simple words.
But deeply powerful.

When you come back, soften, and reconnect…
Your child learns something even more important than perfection:

That relationships are safe.
That love doesn’t disappear when things get hard.
That connection can always be restored.

This is how trust grows.

I’ll guide you in how to repair in a way that feels natural, grounded, and real—
so you’re not carrying guilt…
You’re building connection.

Because motherhood isn’t about avoiding the hard moments.
It’s about knowing how to come back from them.

And that’s how frustration becomes flow—consistently.

You don’t need hours.
You need presence.

And this is something I gently guide moms back to—especially when time feels limited and the day feels full.

Because connection isn’t built in long stretches of time…
It’s built in how you show up in the moments you have.

Five focused minutes.

No phone.
No multitasking.
No rushing to the next thing.

Just you…
fully there.

Looking at them.
Listening.
Being with them.

In those five minutes, your child feels it:
“I matter.”
“I’m seen.”
“I have you.”

And that feeling carries far beyond the moment.

This is how we shift from disconnection…
into meaningful connection.

Not by doing more—
But by being more present.

I’ll guide you in creating these small, intentional moments…
So connection becomes part of your rhythm, not something you’re always trying to catch up on.

Because five minutes of presence?
It can shift everything.

Calm doesn’t happen by accident.
It’s created.

And this is where I guide moms to build something simple… but powerful.

A ritual.

Because your body doesn’t learn calm through occasional moments—
It learns through consistency.

So we start here:

Choose one oil.
Just one.

Use it daily.
Same time. Same way.

Maybe it’s in the morning before the day begins…
or in the evening as you wind down.

As you breathe it in, your body begins to recognize:
This is where I feel safe.

Over time, that scent becomes more than a smell—
It becomes a signal.

A signal for your nervous system to soften.
A signal for your body to slow down.
A signal that you are supported.

This is how we create calm on purpose.

Not randomly.
Not occasionally.

But consistently.

And I’ll guide you step by step…
So your calm becomes something you can return to—every single day.

Your nervous system isn’t asking for perfection.
It’s asking for safety.

And this is where I guide moms to come back to themselves, gently, without pressure.

Because so many of us are trying to do better…
What our body really needs is to feel safe.

So we begin simply.

Slow your breathing.
Relax your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.

Let your body know it’s okay.

In my work with moms, I teach you how to recognize when your nervous system is overwhelmed…
and how to bring it back to calm in real time.

Not through force.
Not through “getting it right.”
But through small, consistent signals of safety.

Because when your body feels safe…
Your reactions soften.
Your patience grows.
Your presence deepens.

And your home begins to feel different.

This is how we move from survival mode…
into a steady, grounded flow.

I’ll guide you there, step by step, until calm becomes something you can return to again and again.

My Story

I Learned Pranic Healing® from the Founder of Pranic Healing - Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui back in 1993. Now, Master Stephen Co, a direct disciple of Grandmaster, directly mentors her work here in the USA.

On the same year, I recovered from Asthma by complementing my medication with Pranic Healing. It made my medication work effectively and in a short period of time, I was not dependent on them anymore. ⁣ ⁣ Now, I continue my Pranic Healing regimen, breathing exercises, physical massage therapy, aromatherapy and eating the right kind of food. ⁣ ⁣

Encouraged by my two Masters, I saw positive results on my years of facilitating free Pranic Healing clinics. I then finally started my own Private Healing Practice in Los Angeles in 2013.

By complementing western medicine with Advanced Pranic Healing & Psychotherapy, my clients were able to recover from serious ailments much faster. Some were able to completely recover from debilitating illnesses. I offer one on one healing session and remote/distant healing session.
