Geriatrics work shop! 👴🏼🩷👵🏽 🩼 We learned about hospice services, poly pharmacy and prescribing cascades, and had an interactive demo with PT about all the various mobility devices. 💊💊💊 Did you know that polypharmacy is defined as the regular use of 5 or more medications at the same time? 😳 Always do a med reconciliation and de prescribe when possible!
