With my 30 years of practicing PIlates I have been through the journey and know first hand when it’s taught properly, the work is deep, focused, and very intentional.

You often feel muscles you didn’t even know were there, and that’s where real strength comes.

Precise guided movements is what I strive to teach on PBOD, I like to make you aware that what you thought impossible is now attainable.
