Vitamin C (1,000 mg an hour or to bowel tolerance, best to take with some food if buffered C, if lypospheric, take away from food). If you just want to take it daily, 3,000 - 6,000 mg daily is a good bet.
Vitamin D3 (3,000-10,000 IU daily depending on your D levels and immune system), Can take 25,000 IU if sick
Zinc (25 - 50 mg daily, WITH food, it’s a bit hard on some stomachs)

A mushroom powder or capsules are great for modulating immune system.
Colloidal Silver can be sprayed in eyes, throat, and in nasal passages (they sell ones with nasal spray tops), especially anytime in stores/near people/planes. It’s best to nebulize if you have a nebulizer, you can get one from Carmel Valley Pharmacy
Nebulizing is really only recommended IF you get sick, but some people do a little here and there preventatively. Again, consult your health care practitioner or be careful as it can cause die-off symptoms. Argentyn-23 is the only brand both of my doctors/naturopaths recommend. Taking it internally is NOT recommended unless you are actively ill as it can cause die-off reaction (Herxheimer reaction) as well or under supervision of medical professional advising you on this. I also do not recommend buying supplements on amazon if you can buy other places (Wellevate, Iherb, Forresthealth) as these have much less in terms of counterfeit products that may be present on Amazon
Magnesium such as CALM powder (epsom salt baths and skin sprays and foot soaks are more effective as a lot of magnesium is not absorbed through digestive track) to help calm the nervous system, which can get fried in times of stress
Oregano oil is an anti-viral & can help regular viruses, as this is an “emerging pathogen” I do not know if it will help, but just FYI if you get any cold/flu, taking oregano oil with food upon getting sick or right is great as most cold/flus are viral.
Do Not recommend taking this proactively unless you talk to your medical practitioner as can cause die-off if there are existing gut and other systemic challenges (candida, etc).
Probiotics always!
Turmeric! Avoid overdoing this one as it can affect kidneys on some but I put turmeric powder in my tea or smoothie everyday (can also by Curcumin capsules)
Other goodies: Manuka honey on empty stomach, astragalus
Chlorella is good for general detox support
Essential Oils
3 drops Thieves (Young Living) or OnGuard (DoTerra) + 1 drop Frankincense in carrier oil (like coconut oil) on bottoms of feet and toes everyday. Also put in diffuser (no coconut oil in diffuser)
If you get sick, oregano essential oil is a natural anti-viral and can be added to feet formula
RC and Breathe (Young Living, I am sure DoTerra has an equivalent) is great topically on lungs/chest with carrier oil
Steam Eucalyptus essential oil in nasal passage and mouth (towel over head on stove, be careful of steaming water!). Add this to diffuser as well!

1) Social isolate.
This is the biggest preventer for you and everyone. This virus exponentially grows and we have a chance to stop it in its tracks. If we all isolated perfectly for 2 months, it would be over.
2) Direct sun.
This virus cannot thrive in direct sun, so get outside in direct sun as much as possible.
3) SILVER.

4) Superhero immune tea: Ginger turmeric tea with raw honey and dash of cayenne
It has been said that heat kills the virus, so drinking hot tea is great, especially when it is a high-power immune booster. I like to boil fresh ginger and tumeric until the water is potent and colored, then add honey and cayenne.
5) Lung herbs: tea or capsules.
This virus is a respiratory virus, so as much lung cleansing and strengthening as possible is great. Especially meulline, fennel, and cloursey. You can get lung teas, throat coat, breathe easy teas at your local market.

6) Nutrient dense supplements, and Green juice or green powder
Get you nutrients with green powders and green juices. Green powders are great especially if you cant get out to get fresh foods. Survival food (rice bean nuts, canned food, etc) don’t have vitamins minerals and nutrients needed.

7) Eliminate or cut way back on acidic and mucus forming foods.
You want to stay alkaline, and non-acidic so avoiding or cutting down on alcohol, coffee, sugar, bread, pasta, dairy, and meat products.

Eat light, you may want to do a light detox, or green juice fast. Just make sure you are able to stay strong. Less meat right now peeps. Do as much fruits and veggies as possible. Soups are good because they are easily digestible. Lightening your digestive load helps your body fight off illness- there is a reason why humans and animals stop eating/getting hungry while they are sick, because fasting puts your body into a detoxifying mode.
8)Nature.
Breathe fresh clean air in your lungs, sit in the sun. Deep breathing breaks up mucus in lungs which is paramount right now. Hands in soil are actually good because natural microbes kill virus’s.
9) Essential oil steam breathing for lungs.
Peppermint eucalyptus are best, you can drop a few drops in a pot and put a towel over the top of your head to breath in the steam.
10) Spiritual connection, and connection to your purpose.
Stay connected to who you are, and what you believe in. Practice prayer, keep stoking the fire of your hearts projects. You can read channelings about the greater scope of what’s going on to help shed light on the bigger picture. Connect remotely with your tribe.
11) Grow your own food.
If you have space for a garden, this is a great time to begin a new hobby :)
12) Calm your mind and body.
Practice whatever helps stay centered such as meditation, yoga, breathing, nature, exercise.
Focus on Transforming emotions through empowering creative activities and limit fear based media. CBD and L-theanine are great nervous system relaxers for anxiety, and those with trouble sleeping.
13) Listen to your own heart and guidance.
You have an instruction manual in your heart. Make sure you make space to listen.

To protect and enhance our natural immunity, here is my current Wuhan COVID-19 Protection Supplement Protocol:

The virus enters the cell via a vesicle called an endosome. Once inside, it releases its RNA into the cell cytoplasm and hijacks the cell machinery to produce more viral proteins and thus virus. It also releases an enzyme called 3CL (3-chymotripsin-like protease). This enzyme attacks the cells defense mechanism against the coronavirus inhibitors.
The herbal remedies that are suggested destroy the 3CL and thus protect the cell’s ability to protect itself against the coronavirus. The best for destroying 3CL is quercetin and epigallocatechin gallate which are found in green tea. These anti-3CL substances are also found in:
