Now offering Buccal Facial Massage.🤗

A combination of lymphatic drainage and Myofascial Release of the cheek area.

After 2 sessions, client felt more opened and relaxed in the jaw area. She slept really well. The most obvious area of change, was the openness and clarity of the eyes and contouring of the jaw line.

Why do massage therapist always tell you to drink water after your massage session?🤔

Massages are dehydrating, and our bodies are 60% water💧! Kneading and working muscles gets fluid pumping out of the soft tissue and into the circulatory system, where it heads toward the kidneys. That means that you have to restock up on all of the water you lost during your massage. Best get to sippin'.🧃🧊☺️

* The two lower ratings😬, my first ever😳, although anonymous (based on the type of service, I know who they are), the clients did not understand what Myofascial Release treatment was and was expecting a magic spell to help reduce their pain and discomfort. I unfortunately don't do that.

It's that time of year again. Breast Cancer Annual Check-up - Bi-lateral Ultrasound and 3D Mammogram.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but with my health history and breast cancer on both sides of my family, Breast Cancer Awareness and Breast Care is every month for me.

What is your self care and breast care routine? For me, it's lymphatic drainage and Myofascial Release treatments, especially in the chest, back, neck, pecs and ribs. And remember to be your own advocate, you are the only person that knows your own body, listen to it.

I highly recommend self care - breast care, especially if you've had some kind of breast surgery or trauma, family history of breast cancer and/or wear under wire bras. Reminder breast-care is for both women AND men.
