When it comes to the lungs…. BREATH!
I’ve gotten numerous people out of the hospital with pneumonia and hoevid by simply DEEP BREATHING! First thing in the morning, deep breath. Middle of the day, deep breath. Before you go to bed, DEEP BREATH! Deep breathing allows for extra oxygen to flow through the body. It strengthens your lungs. It loosens up trapped mucus. Hitting a steam room or a sauna is definitely helpful especially for people with asthma and lung issues. Do 4 deep breaths and on that 5 one, hold it for about 20-30 seconds. If you can’t hold it that long, try doing it as long as possible.
