Our CoFounder and Chief Communications Officer Tracy Ryan will be the plenary keynote speaker tomorrow at BPI West in San Diego, California at the San Diego Convention Center. Presenting on her family‘s 12 year journey to find a cure for her daughter , Tracy will be educating the audience on some exciting new data on Sophie that shows destruction in her incurable, low-grade brain tumor, as well as our leukemia patient who now has only .23% leukemia left when he had otherwise been deemed incurable by Mayo Clinic.

Today our cofounder , her daughter, and inspiration behind and her husband had the great pleasure of attending the .stbaldricks Cars & Clippers pediatric cancer research fundraiser. For the second year in a row was an honored kid. Tracy & Sophie both spoke on the advancements in NKore’s therapy and research initiatives, and they gave an update on how healthy and strong Sophie is using NK Cell therapy. They also received certificates of achievement for their work in pediatric cancer research and advocacy from the Mayor and Vice Mayor of Long Beach, CA along with certificates from councilmembers in 5 different districts.

Today was a big milestone for our company. Our CoFounder and our scientist Dr. Sara Huerta-Yepez are in Cancun, Mexico for Tracy to donate her cells as we begin production of our Supercharged Natural Killer Cell therapy, NK101. We are excited to begin treating a few select patients soon, including Tracy’s daughter, . The data from these trials will be brought to the US in the hopes of getting expedited approval to treat more patients in the states.

Our co-founder represented this week at as a mentor where she guided the shining stars from companies that represent some of the biggest brands in the world. She served as a mentor in four different sessions, each lasting an hour and 15 minutes. Tracy has been a member of this invite only community for over 6 years and has never missed an event! We are proud to have her front and center sharing all the exciting news about NKore and her beautiful daughter who has been battling an incurable brain tumor since infancy that is now almost completely gone using a Natural Killer Cell therapy made from her father’s cells.

Our inspiration and the Ryans spent the afternoon with their dear friend and head of the Pediatric Cancer Caucasus Congressman Michael McCaul from Texas. With a common mission to help children suffering and dying with cancer, they have joined forces to raise awareness and help children in need using safer and more effective therapies.

Sophie Ryan was diagnosed with a low-grade brain tumor at 8 1/2 months old. She is the inspiration behind NKore, and why our team fights so hard every day to bring better treatments for cancer patients to market. After receiving her father’s NK cells her incurable tumor is almost gone! Her and her family just returned from Washington DC where she toured the White House, conducted the keynote address with Congressman Michael McCall at the Golden Toast event, met with multiple members of Congress and marched on the Capitol with hundreds of advocates demanding more funding for pediatric cancer research. We’re so proud of you Sophie!

NKore is pleased to announce that our Co-founder and CCO was invited to go back to the White House for the Cancer Moonshot Childhood Cancer Briefing while her family is in DC representing and for on September 23rd. Tracy stated, “It is such a privilege to be representing cancer patients in need. and are very passionate about expanding pediatric research and I hope to be a guiding voice in the process.” Tracy and her family will also be attending Golden Toast event, and meeting with other members during her family’s visit.
