Good Morning ! Allow a woman to feel safe ✨♥️🙏🏼✨🤗✨💐. You’ve heard it said before “always be selling.” Instead of “always be selling” how about “always allow safety.” It surprised me how often I see men and yes women, both confused what to me is obvious. Having a motive is not necessarily a bad thing, as most people these days do. 24 seven they are ”selling,” and our culture sells us this concept as the mode to “succeed.” From what we wear, to who we wear it around…always be selling is a capitalism mantra. Some apply it to dating and others apply it to a worthy cause. Nothing wrong with it as long as it’s not a harmful motive. What I have also come to understand many many years ago, is that some people are just tired. In that mode even a positive agenda can be exhausting to encounter. A few decades ago I can remember not even wanting to be around “positive people, baddies or dimes.” Many guy friends and family could not understand. I learned then how to let women feel at peace in my presence because peace is what I discovered for myself. I no longer could have a bunch of guys rolling with me nonstop and some relatives couldn’t hang, but the truth is that the greatest gift you can give some people is to “allow them to feel safe, comfortable and free.” I chuckle to myself sometimes when I see some people’s reactions to my pics with lots of women in them, and it is apparent they never stoped and asked themselves “why was he the only guy invited to the event in the first place?” In a world were the trials of being a woman is being unmasked before our eyes, where sexual assault and the games of the world are being revealed, my prayer is that instead of “always be selling,” more people even those with “good intention” learn to simply “always allow safety.” One of the biggest gifts you can give a woman and honestly even exhausted men, is the gift of your beautiful & safe presence.
