a map of flesh and cosmos intertwined.
The skull becomes a celestial sphere,
each orbit a thought,
each rotation a revelation.

The single Eye, not of sight, but of Knowing
gazes inward through the firmament of mind.
Around it, the wings of remembrance unfold,
bearing the soul beyond the clockwork of reason
into the radiant architecture of being.

A rose crowned heart burns in its chamber,
Its pulse reflected in the resounding voice of truth,
A guttural furnace of divine current
speaking words into worlds.
The gears of perception spin,
translating pulse into pattern,
blood into light.

The Sun and the Moon bear witness
to this grand alchemical engine
day and night, mind and matter,
united in one living mechanism
that breathes, feels, and creates cosmos.

You are this design.
Not a machine of matter,
but a harmonic instrument of consciousness
tuned by the invisible hand of the Logos,
singing eternity through the geometry of your form.

Southern California's Hollywood Burbank Airport is bracing for impacted operations as air traffic controllers begin to call out in greater numbers due to the government shutdown.

The FAA warns the airport will be without air traffic controllers until 10 p.m., though they are trying to bring in staffing sooner than that.

I have known Jonny Ahdout since 2022 and have had the honor of guiding him through Reiki over the years. Watching his transformation into the expansive light worker he is today has been nothing short of breathtaking.

🌿 Our Altadena Home 🌿

First, thank you to all of you who have walked beside us in spirit as we continue to navigate life after the fires. Many of you have asked the same question: what will we do with this land?

The truth is, I carry fear in my heart. When the fire came, so much was consumed and melted into the earth. For our home, it was the solar panels and the lithium battery, now part of the soil itself.

When LA County offered free soil samples, I felt a spark of hope, believing it was the first step toward a plan to truly heal this ground. But my heart sank when I saw they only tested for lead. Everyone speaks of lead as if it is the only danger, but the earth holds many shadows. Metals like cadmium and mercury, poisons that sink quietly into the ground and whisper harm for years. My greatest worry is that we rebuild, return, and then discover too late that the land was not ready.

Still, I dream of returning. I dream of a future life here, of calling this place home once more. To honor that dream, we chose the only path forward. We hired a professional soil company to look deeper, to listen more carefully to what the earth is holding.

This morning, the first samples were taken. I ask you now, friends, family, kindred spirits, to send your prayers and light to these results. May they carry good news. May this land be whole again. May we one day come home safely.

This morning the fog rests gently outside my office windows, and I find myself sitting in stillness on this day of the eclipse. This particular eclipse season has been hard. Grief visited me earlier this week with a heaviness I could barely hold, and yet now, on the very day of the eclipse (even though a partial one), what rises in me is gratitude.

Gratitude for being here. Gratitude for having survived one of the toughest years of my life. Gratitude for the support of fellow healers, dear friends, and family who carried me when I couldn’t carry myself. And most of all, gratitude for this beautiful space I get to call my own—a place where I can sit in the quiet of a Sunday morning and offer back to the world what has been so generously given to me. Thank you universe. Thank you.
