PongFitⓇ - promoting community and fitness through ping pong. The sport has been called "chess at 90 MPH" - great for body and brain! We work with schools, workplaces, and community/senior centers to bring this fun and healthy pursuit to all walks of life. It's an inclusive sport that all can play, regardless of age, gender, skill level, income, religion, geography, or language.

Giving is the reward. 🏓♥️

PongFit visited a senior center in Pacoima. Great people and personalities, and even more stories. But sadly, NO PING PONG. So we fixed that!

We all had fun throwing a ping pong party and sharing the game with the local seniors. We donated a new table and equipment. Their enthusiasm was amazing, and they were excited to keep the table and continue playing!

Huge congratulations to our friend and Advisor  on his first US Open win!! He dominated in the final match, beating last year’s winner Jinbao Ma 4-0 in games. 🏓🇺🇸🙌🏼

Kanak already holds 5 US National Singles championships, but this is a gorgeous addition to his trophy mantle. 🏆

And, being the consummate sportsman he is, he took time before AND after the match to engage with every single autograph and picture seeker. That makes a true champion. 🤝

We’re a nonprofit that provides free training and events for schools and senior/community centers, based on generous support from individual and corporate philanthropy. We also offer workplace wellness programs to keep office employees engaged, fit, and happy on the job! Have a hit, get fit.
