We did tonight in anticipation of the new film out this Friday. It was a challenging workout& everyone killed it. They earned the film swag tonight! See the film. Looks awesome!

Well, we've had the last NHM camp of the year, and it was a good one! It's especially awesome to know that I even increased the intensity, for this last workout, and everyone did an incredible job. And we finised a few minutes early. It just goes to show you how much everyone has improved over the past few months of continuous boot camps. And for those that this was their first experience with Operation Boot Camp - my hatis off to you....You all did outstanding! All of you deserve the health improvements that you've worked so hard for, these past few weeks and months! I hope all of you have the happiest and merriest holiday seasons of all! Thank you for being such amazing campers this year!
