We opened Urban Med (formerly named Urban Fit & Therapy) in order to make state-of-the-art care available to all patients through their private health insurance plans.* Our multidisciplinary approach provides a new kind of care that emphasizes not only acute and chronic injury rehabilitation but preventative treatment and overall wellness. We mix physical therapy techniques with weights and Pilates, therapeutic massage with chiropractic treatment, and modern digital technology with patient education. Our primary mission is to help keep patients fit, functional, and moving at their maximum level.
