They think it sounds like:
“I’m stuffed.”
“I can’t eat another bite.”

But the body doesn’t actually work that way.

Your body whispers fullness.
It only shouts after you’ve passed it.

The true signal of enough is quiet.
It feels like:
• the urge to keep eating fades
• food stops tasting as exciting
