I never understood before, that I actually was repelling the dreams I wanted most in life …

By my hyper focus on “not having it”…

Numbness….

The thing I so tried to avoid feeling
The thing I shamed myself to feel

What I have learned over these last few months- finally looking why this showed up for me so much… especially in my body….

It’s been a way to defend, avoid, disallow, keep guarded.

I was so ready to let it go last year… and it wasn’t an easy process. Parts of it I am still letting go

But wanted to share that… in order to even begin to let it go, I actually had to meet it with acceptance and LOVE???

Whatttt??? Yes

I had to come to terms with actually how much this numbness protected me, helped me navigate, stayed with me and taught me so much…

And finally … finally I can let her be 💋✨

It’s not in the moments we wear it and are feeling on top… that define us.

It’s just in remembering that all that we seek, and all that we are… is already within us first, before it is outside of us.

Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her. Proverbs 4:8 kjv

When I named the book Exalt Her and also the name of the Company, It was this proverb that sparked something in me.

At first I thought, it was as if, it was a proverb to a man (and it can very well be, because I see how this can apply as well) saying to adore and lift up his woman and that she will bring him honor and promotion.

As I felt into it deeper… it felt so resonate, that “wait a minute” THE “HER” IS ME! If I can bring “her” rise her….lift her up and show the real her. That I do can attract the right things for myself that are right for me. That was MADE for me. And this journey has not let me down.

It was a deep cry to exalt her…. Now that I have been learning and walking this intentional journey for over a decade. I am sharing in the journey, as others walk on theirs to discover their own power and magnificent beings!

Im excited to walk with women on this journey. It sparks me as much as her - my own goddess from within.

Now, the exalted woman is about walking it out, being, magnetism and embodiment. That may feel far or you may feel ready but what I know if no matter what, if you are feeling called… it’s time! To access your magic, power, magnificence, magnetism. Elevate in your femininity and attract rather than chase. It starts with you…
