Denise Woods provides services in Yoga and Dance or all walks of life! I specialize in vinyasa flow, restorative/therapeutic yoga in addition to children's yoga & dance. Whether it's private instruction or a group environment you need, we could all use the opportunity to express through movement and breath. I am also in the process of completing my certification as a Birth Doula. I am so passionate about women having a positive birth experience and encouraging them to make choices that create that experience. My passion runs deep for these arts. I choose to spread that love far and wide with the surrounding communities and beyond.

Shout - out to my incredible care team. My midwifes Janell and Christian of and my doula Rebecca Belenky Doula Services . I was so incredibly held and free by these ladies throughout my prenatal, birth and postpartum time. We had the home birth experience we had always dreamt of, and I'm so deeply grateful for their support in seeing this dream through.

And that's where Keeley was born!

In addition to this team I had my love and deepest support, my husband T by my side at every turn. And my mama, Lala, - came driving to us at 1am as Lennon's support for the birth, and mine for a full week after. Not to mention Oma coming and going to help in all the ways for the following weeks.

On top of all this, thank you to our friends and family that provided meals and countless conversations that encouraged me in the deeply challenging moments.

It truly takes a village ❤️
