The runner’s knee trifecta: femoral internal rotation, hip adduction and quad overuse. Liao et al demonstrate that even just 5 degrees of femoral internal rotation will significantly increase stress on the patellar cartilage.

Surface electromyography (sEMG) is a non-invasive means of assessing neuromuscular excitability and performance. By picking up electric signals, this form of biofeedback can be useful in both facilitative and inhibitory training protocols—aka activating underused muscle and suppressing overused muscle.

It’s one thing to move, but a completely different animal to move correctly.
