How much more do you have to do?
You're working so hard every day to keep it all together. ⠀
•You drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.⠀
•You Meditate.⠀
•You're mindful of others (even when you want to punch them in the throat).⠀
•You shower and dress every morning as if you have somewhere to go.
So, why do you think you should be doing more?

There's nothing wrong with you. Life is exhausting. You don't need a double espresso in the middle of the afternoon so you can get more done, you need to lie down once in a while.
AND
Carrying out the simple basics of pulling yourself together to start your day takes the discipline of a Navy Seal.⠀

AND
When you add completing the list of stuff you have to do to get out of the house, you have the recipe for an emotional breakdown.
It's hard to keep it all together, and that's why you have to cut yourself some slack. Because the reality is every day you get little moments of happiness in an ocean of discomfort.
