מי לא צריך.ה קצת רוגע בחיים?
יש מלא דרכים להוסיף טיפה של רוגע ליום שלנו - מוזיקה מרגיעה, אמבט חם, נשימות, יוגה, סקס, שוקולד, חיבוק אוהב...
וכמובן, איך לא אחלוק איתכן מילה על שמנים אתריים...

נתתי רולר עם הבלנד הזה במתנה לחברה בזמן הריונה הראשון. אהבה 💜 השתמשה 😊 ונגמר 🙁.
בהריונה השני ביקשה ממני להכין לה שוב את הבלנד. אמרה שזה היה אחד הדברים האהובים עליה במהלך ההריון, הלידה ואח״כ. זה היה הבושם היומי שלה והביא לה אושר ושלווה, והיא ממש התגעגע לזה. כיום היא כמובן מכינה את זה בעצמה - הרבה יותר פשוט, חכם ושווה.

**ספויילר** - תקציר למי שפחות אוהב.ת את הסיפור ורוצה את ה׳בוטם ליין׳:
ישבה לידי בטיסה אישה בחודש השמיני שנכנסה לחרדה עקב כאב חד בגב התחתון. מרחתי עלייה שמן לבנדר ותפוז שתוך דקות הביאו לה רוגע והיא יכלה לישון להמשך הטיסה.

לילה, כולם ישנים.
מתוך נמנום אני שומעת לחשושים בקרבתי. פותחת עיניים אדומות. כמה אנשים עומדים ליד אישה חרדית צעירה ששוכבת לאורך ארבע מושבים. היא בהריון, זיעה על מצחה, פחד בעיניה.
אני שואלת מישהי ״מה קרה?" והיא מסבירה לי שהיה לאישה כאב חד בגב התחתון והיא נכנסה לחרדות. היא בת 26, חודש שמיני ומסתבר שבעבר איבדה תינוק בהריון מתקדם.
אני מציעה את עזרתי למרות שאין לי באמת מושג מה עובר עליה פיזית או נפשית. אך היתה לי מטרה - להרגיע ולהוציא אותה מהסרט אליו נכנסה. זה לא טוב לה או לעובר שלה.

בוקר ותיכף נוחתים. אמרתי לבעלה שאשמח אם יודיעו לי כשהתינוק ייוולד. ביציאה מהמטוס, עוצר אותי הטייס ומודה לי על עזרתי לנוסעת שלהם. הרגשתי כמו סופר הירו!
שלושה חודשים אחרי אני מקיבלת דוא"ל עם תמונות של הבן החמוד. היא שוב מודה לי ואומרת שלא יכולה לעבור את הטיסה ההיא אלמלא אני, הלבנדר והתפוז.
