Milo, the legendary Seattle Pitbull who rode the city bus alone, has passed away peacefully in his sleep at 10 years old.
His story began one ordinary morning back in 2016 when his owner, Mike, stopped for coffee and realized his clever Pitbull, Milo, had already hopped on the bus without him. But Milo wasn’t lost—he knew exactly what he was doing. He’d been riding that same route with Mike for years, watching the city roll by, always getting off at the park for his daily adventure.
From that day on, Milo became a local celebrity. Bus drivers greeted him with smiles, passengers saved him a seat by the window, and the city quietly adopted him as one of its own. He rode with calm confidence, always gazing out the window as if he understood every story unfolding beyond the glass.
Mike adopted him when he was just a 9-week-old pup—a tiny ball of energy who grew into a loyal, gentle Pitbull who made everyone’s day a little brighter.
