For me, itโ€™s all in the medicine in the melody. I often sing to clients to get them to soften and open up a bit.

While this video is a fun take on p**p for those who struggle with digestion issues, I tโ€™s a bit bigger than that. I mean seriouslyโ€ฆmaybe you think go everyday but are you really?

The fact is: you can have a p**p everyday but still technically be considered constipated especially if you have small incomplete BMs.

Not going REGULARLY and PLENTIFULLY impacts everything from your mood (capacity for joy), energy (you canโ€™t show up well if you feel like ๐Ÿ’ฉ), skin (if itโ€™s not coming out of your b***y- yep I said b***yโ€ฆthen itโ€™s gonna come out of your skin) and also negatively impact other bodily function and systems.

Itโ€™s time to release and let that crap goโ€ฆ in all of the ways. And Iโ€™m cheering you on friend!

I believe in you and your capacity to let that โ€œishโ€ go. Letโ€™s get you going and feeling better than you thought possible.

Things have really been lit lately. How are you taking care of yourself in the midst of it all.

As for me, I am massaging and nurturing my nervous system over the next 100 days. I try to do this in general, but in light of current events, I feel called to raise the bar for the purpose of self preservation and resilience.

Engaging in daily mindfulness, and fostering a sense of community have been one of the greatest gifts for me as I personally navigate the landscape of current times and events.

I do realize that anxiety and cynicism can easily get the best of us. However, instead of retreating into a cave of despair, fear alarmism, let's take good care of ourselves and nurture our spirit in the midst of this moment in our nation's history.

Get and be as educated as possible about the current events at hand but stay out of panic and the collective consciousness of chaos and fear. Create inner calm and take good care of your mental, emotional and physical wellness.

1) Eat well to flood your body with life force energy and nutrients. This will allow you to stay healthy and strong when things start to feel stressful.

2) Move often. This helps to keep your body fit and primed for wellness, while also lowering stress.

3) Create a lifestyle that allows for you to stay aligned with your inner calm, and your faith.

4) Start your day with some type of activity that allows you to tap into the peace and calm. Journaling, inspirational reading, meditation, writing down affirmations... all of these are things that I use to set my mind right for the day and the challenges that may arise.

I wish you wellness and vitality during this time. Guard your energy. Watch your thoughts (your life is shaped by your thoughts). Watch your mouth. And guard your heart... for everything that you do flows from it.

My Story

I am a colon therapist and holistic life stylist who gets crazy excited about the power of a good quality p**p. Yes, my friend, there is POWER in the โ€œreleaseโ€. More than you can imagine. There is healing power in colon hygiene.
